If you're great with people, willing to learn, comfortable picking up the phone, and motivated by the opportunity to earn more based on your performance, we want to talk to you. We provide the inventory, leads, training, tools, and support.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while building relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Responding quickly to internet and phone leads
Greeting and assisting customers at the dealership
Following up with prospective customers
Learning our inventory and available vehicle features
Working with management and finance to complete sales
Maintaining relationships with previous customers
Using our CRM to manage leads and follow-up
Consistently working toward individual and dealership sales goals
You don't need years of automotive experience to succeed here.

Comfortable using the phone, text, email, and video to communicate with customers
Willing to follow a proven sales process
Motivated by performance-based income
Previous automotive, retail, restaurant, hospitality, wireless, furniture, insurance, or other customer-facing sales experience can be helpful, but it is not required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. Your earning potential increases with your performance.
