The Role • Lead and manage a store team, supported by an assistant manager. • Oversee store presentation, including ordering, merchandising, and daily operations. • Manage personnel, including creating schedules and fostering employee development. • Lead recruitment efforts to build a strong store team. • Collaborate with regional management on performance reviews and store development.
