The Role

• Lead and manage a store team, supported by an assistant manager.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Manage personnel, including creating schedules and fostering employee development.
• Lead recruitment efforts to build a strong store team.
• Collaborate with regional management on performance reviews and store development.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, ideally with previous retail management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop team members.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week, including regular evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to complete an 8-week comprehensive training program.
