We are seeking a dedicated Erzieher (Educator) to join the children and youth department at a leading psychosomatic and internationally recognized hospital group in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a specialized team focused on inpatient care, working within a renowned institution known for its academic affiliations and advanced therapeutic approaches.

The Role

• Co-therapeutic patient discussions to support and deepen the therapeutic process.
• Planning and leading co-therapeutic groups to foster participant exchange and development.
• Assisting patients during meals and exposures to support stabilization and self-efficacy.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and assessments.
• Providing holistic and empathetic individual support to patients throughout their treatment.
• Working within a structured shift system to ensure continuous care.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Erzieher (Educator) (m/f/d).
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for the role.
• Respectful, professional, and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their families.
• A curious mindset and a desire for professional development.
