The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives for a significant employee base across multiple distribution hubs.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience in hands-on recruitment, ideally within a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of HR strategic planning and execution.
