Job Title: SAP S/4 Programme Manager

Salary: Up to £112,000 base + 15% bonus

Location: Predominantly remote, with limited UK travel

Evolve ERP are working with our longest standing client, global consulting organisation in the UK who are seeking a SAP S/4 Programme Manager to lead & develop a multidisciplinary SAP practice, strengthening functional expertise, solution architecture, consulting methodologies & presales capabilities.

The Role

• Lead & mentor Solution Architects, Functional Leads across Finance and Supply Chain, & Business Transformation Consultants.
• Drive presales excellence, overseeing SAP S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud solutions.
• Embed SAP Activate methodology, leveraging the latest tools, templates & SAP Cloud ALM.
• Develop business process optimisation capabilities, including SAP Signavio
• Lead senior-level solution presentations, value propositions, webinars & interactive client workshops.
• Support sales teams with solution design, bid development and Statements of Work
• Ensure cross-module design consistency, consultant readiness & continuous capability development.

About You

• SAP consulting experience, leading functional teams
• SAP Activate and SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
• Proven presales experience, including demonstrations, bid support and SOW development.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders & represent the business
• Willingness to travel within the UK when required
