This is an opportunity to work in a setting where relationships come first, progress is celebrated in all its forms, and every day brings the chance to make a lasting difference.
Many of our students have faced significant challenges in their educational journey. They need a teacher who sees their potential, believes in them, and can create learning experiences that build confidence, resilience and a love of learning.
Whether you're an experienced SEN practitioner or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into specialist education, we'll provide the support, training and encouragement to help you thrive.
Working alongside skilled Teaching Assistants, therapists and pastoral professionals, you'll be part of a collaborative team that is committed to helping every student achieve outcomes they once thought were impossible.

- Adapt learning to meet individual needs, EHCP outcomes and personal targets.
- Create a calm, structured and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support students to develop confidence, independence and emotional resilience.
- Work collaboratively with families, therapists and support staff to achieve the best outcomes.
- Celebrate progress and help students overcome barriers to learning and success.
Who We’re Looking For
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status or QTLS required
- Passionate about inclusive education and helping students reach their full potential.
- Has experience of, or a strong interest in, supporting students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and additional learning needs.

- Brings creativity, patience, enthusiasm and resilience to the classroom.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
- Is committed to continuous professional development and learning.
