The Role

• Own the restaurant's financial reporting and analysis.
• Partner closely with leadership to enhance profitability, controls, and long-term financial planning.
• Support senior management with insights into hospitality and real estate operations.
• Manage month-end close processes and prepare full financial statements.
• Review daily sales data and reconcile with POS systems.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA required.
• 5+ years of financial management or FP&A experience.
• Experience within restaurant or food & beverage environments.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, operational setting.
