Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), CI/CD pipeline automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud infrastructure management.

The candidate will support a customer-facing conversational AI platform built using Google Customer Engagement AI (CCAI) / Conversational Agents (Dialogflow CX) and integrated with the Kore.ai IVR platform. The role involves automating deployments, managing cloud infrastructure, implementing monitoring solutions, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable production releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deploy conversational AI agent configurations, flows, playbooks, and webhook services.
• Automate Google Cloud Platform infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and other IaC tools.
• Manage cloud services, including GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Build, and IAM.
• Coordinate releases across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Implement automated deployment scripts and progressive rollout strategies to minimize downtime.
• Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure, pipelines, and production applications.
• Support integrations between Kore.ai IVR and Google Conversational Agents through APIs and webhooks.
