The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives supporting a significant employee base across key distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement strategic, hands-on recruitment plans.
• Develop and mentor an HR team focused on building and supporting a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to implement HR processes and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Lead HR strategy to build and develop teams that power the distribution network.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role.
• Prior recruitment experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is highly advantageous.
