The Role • Consults on investment and insurance strategies and develops financial plans for clients. • Owns the client experience, handling sales and service, identifying opportunities, and making referrals. • Acquires, expands, and maintains client relationships through business development and networking. • Develops and implements investment and insurance strategies, recommending appropriate products. • Actively coaches and educates branch staff and partners to identify investment opportunities and drive results. • Regularly communicates with internal partners to build relationships and drive referral activity. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in financial services. • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63, 65) required. • Life and Health Insurance licenses required. • Demonstrated skills in client prospecting, relationship building, and financial analysis. • Strong understanding of risk management and customer engagement.
