The Role

• Fabricate and install pipework systems using various materials including copper, cuni, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
• Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for cutting, bending, welding, and installing pipes.
• Install utilities such as sinks, showers, and toilets aboard vessels.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications for assembly.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure project completion.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.

What You'll Need

• A Modern Apprenticeship or Trade Papers (SVQ3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in pipe manufacture and installation within industrial or commercial environments.
• Solid knowledge of pipefitting methods, safe working practices, and trade-standard techniques.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Understanding and application of SHE, COSHH, and risk assessment requirements.
