The Role

• Ensure holistic and individualized patient care, from execution to monitoring.
• Accurately document all nursing interventions for transparency and continuity.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Actively contribute nursing expertise to daily practice and patient well-being.
• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of quality assurance measures.
• Support the practical training and development of nursing apprentices.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or equivalent.
