Front End Lead Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead development of responsive, user-friendly front-end features for Dollar General digital products.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and product owners to translate requirements into robust UI.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote front-end best practices and standards.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of front-end applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide accurate estimates, and ensure timely delivery of features.
