Role Overview:
Business Development/ Client Servicing & Relationship Support
- Acquire and manage HNI, family office, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through referrals and networking.
- Recommend investment solutions across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, and other wealth products.
- Achieve AUM, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
- Manage client relationships and provide timely support.
- Assist in portfolio reviews, asset allocation, and investment planning.
- Conduct product and market research.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
What We're Looking
- For 1-3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Advisory.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
- Excellent analytical and research abilities; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Exposure to managing or supporting client portfolios or family office teams.
- Solid grasp of compliance requirements and operational risk management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach and ability to work collaboratively in a lean, dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related fields.
- Preferred qualifications: MBA, CFA, CFP, or NISM-V
- Strong academic record and long-term interest in the Wealth Management domain.
- Based in Delhi/NCR (preferred).
