Role summary
The Partnerships organization is accelerating its expansion globally. We now need the architecture to scale our delivery force through partnerships to meet the next wave of enterprise demand.
As part of our rapid global expansion we are looking for a Partner Sales Manager for our Cloudera partnership in the US to join our growing North America Partner GTM team. Our ambitions are high and wide, and to bring to market the most advanced AI technology, we are building a best-in-class Go-To-Market team. Builders wanted!
In this role you will be instrumental in driving the strategy and execution for our Cloudera partnership across the United States.
What You Will Do
Build strategic partnership plans and executive relationships:
Negotiate or enhance partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and align with our company's interests
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive pipeline and co-selling activities with Cloudera US
Own end-to-end partnership responsibilities including financial business outcomes, co-sell, technical integrations, joint marketing campaigns, etc.
Expand the partnership within Cloudera to new product teams, industry sales teams, etc.
Align partner executive stakeholders to key Mistral executive counterparts
Execute Cloudera plans to drive results:
Execute strategic partnership plans to achieve pipeline and revenue results as a critical part of the Global Partners and Alliances team
Serve as a point of escalation to help resolve field conflicts using your network of key contacts within both companies as well as your knowledge of each company's strategic priorities
Lead the development and communication of the partnership performance analysis, including financial performance, agreed metrics, and related insights
Provide enablement and support to strategic partners to ensure they are effectively promoting and selling our products or services
Company Builder and Collaborator:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives
Work with Mistral engineering and product teams to help advance the customer experience for Mistral's models and tools on Cloudera's platform, including defining new routes to market through the partnership
Develop a strong collaboration with Mistral's US GTM team to help drive pipeline and advance opportunities to closure
Align Cloudera US sales teams with Mistral's sales counterparts and facilitate a regular MBR cadence
About You
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Location: US — New York City (required). Expect travel within North America and to our HQ based in Paris.
Experience: 10+ years, proven sales track record and experience in the ISV space.
You are a builder, with:
Technical Credibility: Ability to understand and discuss AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and model deployment architectures. Experience with LLM platforms is a strong plus
Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience working closely with C-level or senior leadership at partner organizations. High maturity in communication, influence, and prioritization
Market Expertise: Strong network and understanding of the US technology ecosystem and regional enterprise market dynamics
Scale and Ambiguity Mindset: Experience in fast-growing environments. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities. Ability to operate with high autonomy and judgment
Industry Background: Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or infrastructure industries. Exposure to AI, data, or developer-focused products is a strong plus
