Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA P2P Ariba Lead Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba, S/4HANA P2P, procurement processes, and integrations. This is a business-facing role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with vendors, dealers, and business stakeholders across North America.

Must-Have Skills:

4–6 years of hands-on SAP Ariba experience.
Strong experience with Direct & Indirect Procurement.
Experience with Ariba Supplier Collaboration.
OpenText SCC integration – Mandatory.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA P2P implementations.
Ariba implementation and rollout experience.
Strong understanding of P2P and Ariba integration scenarios.
Experience onboarding vendors to Ariba.
SAP Fiori experience.
API/CPI integration experience is preferred.
Strong SAP functional and integration knowledge.
Experience with SAP configuration, fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and RICEFW.
Ability to independently plan and manage activities and small projects.
Strong business-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support S/4HANA P2P and Ariba implementation activities.
Participate in end-to-end solution design and design workshops.
Configure SAP solutions and document fit-gap analysis and design decisions.
Work with technical/RICEFW teams to ensure functional and technical alignment.
Coordinate with third-party vendors during solution design and implementation.
Support Ariba vendor onboarding and related procurement processes.
Provide functional expertise across P2P and related SAP integration points.
Identify technology risks and opportunities for process improvement.
Provide project status updates and documentation to management.

Ideal Candidate:

A strong SAP Ariba/P2P functional consultant who can work independently, communicate effectively with business stakeholders, and has hands-on experience delivering S/4HANA P2P + Ariba implementations, including OpenText SCC integration.
