This well-established organization is experiencing significant growth and is looking for a seasoned recruiting professional to lead key talent acquisition initiatives.

The Role

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical corporate roles, supporting company expansion.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiters in their talent acquisition efforts.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract high-caliber, passive, and active candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and recruitment strategies.
• Review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with company requirements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to navigate complex recruitment challenges with a positive and driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in handling intricate recruitment assignments for corporate functions.
