The Role

• Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages children's growth and learning.
• Plan and deliver educational activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support holistic child development.
• Act as a Key Person, overseeing children's development, care needs, and building strong relationships with families.
• Prepare materials and arrange rooms to facilitate children's learning and development.

What You'll Need

• A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• A genuine interest in early childhood education and development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver effective activities.
