Project Manager

Conrad consulting are working with a growing and well-regarded construction contractor is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment schemes across Glasgow and the wider Central Belt.<br />This is an excellent opportunity for either:

• An established Project Manager looking for a fresh challenge, or
• An ambitious Site Manager ready to take the next step into a full Project Management role.<br />Projects typically range up to £1m and cover a variety of fast-paced fit out and refurbishment works across commercial environments.<br />The Role of the Project Manager:<br />You will take responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved while maintaining strong client relationships throughout.<br />Key responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:
• Managing fit out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project programmes and budgets
• Ensuring health &amp; safety compliance across all projects
• Liaising directly with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
• Managing project reporting and maintaining commercial awareness on site
• Driving quality and programme delivery to a high standard<br />Requirements of the Project Manager:
• Experience delivering fit out and/or refurbishment projects within the construction sector
• Background as either a Project Manager or Site Manager
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-moving environments
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
