Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of scalable Java enterprise applications.
• Develop Microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop frontend applications using React or Angular.
• Implement Kafka/messaging-based architectures.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding/design best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, QA, and business stakeholders.

Must Have:

• 12+ years of strong Java development experience.
• Expert-level Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong Microservices and REST API experience.
• React or Angular experience.
• Strong SQL/database knowledge.
• Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform.
• Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• W2 candidates only.

Preferred: Java 17/21, Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT, Terraform, AWS EKS, Redis, MongoDB, JUnit/Mockito.
