Infrastructure Analyst

Infrastructure Analyst Liverpool or Manchester | Hybrid (2 Days On-Site) £50,000 An Infrastructure Analyst is required for our legal client who are embarking on a major technology transformation programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a modern technology estate, supporting infrastructure projects, cloud adoption initiatives and the ongoing evolution of critical business systems.

You'll join a collaborative team working across the UK and internationally, with exposure to technologies including Azure, VMware, Software Defined WAN and SaaS/IaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities Support the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure services<br />Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to BAU support<br />Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues<br />Support disaster recovery and high-availability solutions<br />Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans and recovery procedures<br />Contribute to infrastructure projects and service improvement initiatives<br />Participate in out-of-hours support when requiredEssential Skills VMware administration<br />Microsoft Azure, including Entra ID<br />Windows Server 2016, 2019 &amp; 2022<br />Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Sites &amp; Services<br />Disaster Recovery and High Availability concepts<br />Networking fundamentals, routing and troubleshooting<br />SolarWinds, SNMP or similar monitoring tools<br />Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDesirable Skills Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-700)<br />Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune)<br />Azure Virtual Machines, SSO, MFA and SAML<br />Hyper-V, FortiGate and Mimecast<br />ITIL Foundation<br />Cyber Security interest or experience<br />Legal applications such as iManage, Aderant or BigHandThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer or Infrastructure Analyst looking to join a business investing heavily in modern infrastructure and cloud technologies
