About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java / Spring Boot, React / TypeScript, Spring Security ,JavaScript along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Full Stack Technical Lead with strong experience in modern web application development and Java-based backend engineering.
• The ideal candidate will provide technical direction while contributing hands-on to scalable applications, APIs, real-time communication, and enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications across frontend, backend, and data-service layers.
• Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs and service integrations.
• Implement real-time communication solutions using MQTT over WebSockets.
• Establish effective application architecture, reusable components, and development standards.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, testing strategies, and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.

 

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience developing Java-based enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of SPA architecture, component design, routing, code splitting, and lazy loading.
• Experience with modern frontend build and testing tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
