The Role

• Engage in practical, goal-oriented pedagogical support within individual living environments and family dynamics.
• Gain comprehensive insights into areas such as socio-psychiatric support, educational assistance, and pedagogical school support.
• Support colleagues in providing care and guidance to clients.
• Develop specialized knowledge in one of four key areas: Child Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Children and Youth Services, or School-Based Social Work.

What You'll Need

• (Fach-)Abitur, a qualified vocational qualification, or equivalent (e.g., state-certified technician/business administrator).
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Demonstrated qualities of diligence, responsibility, and discretion.
• Empathy, excellent interpersonal skills, and resilience.
• Previous experience through a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
