The Role

• Represent the brand at retail stores, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers to generate interest in premium window and door products.
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional and eye-catching product displays.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to various event and retail locations.
• A naturally outgoing and personable demeanor, comfortable initiating conversations with people.
• The ability to handle rejection with confidence and maintain a positive attitude.
• Enthusiasm for customer engagement and making a strong first impression.
• Physical ability to set up displays (lifting up to 40 lbs) and spend time standing throughout the shift.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a smartphone.
