The role
  • The content editor is working in a content editor team, lead by a team leader.
  • The content editors are editing information, data and web pages related to car models and changes, on the customer facing portal of a prestigious car maker.


Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming change requests or maintenance items using the pre-defined Target Turnaround Time (TAT) guideline.
  • Responsible for all car model change content authoring for both the US and Canadian passenger car sites. This will include:
    • Authoring all copy and images in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) that are needed to support the launch of model changes (car class, model and configuration pages, etc.).
    • Working closely with the QA team to fix any issues identified during internal testing or by the business users.
    • Providing support leading up to and the day of a model change launch (preparing pages, publishing of content, and debugging any content related issues, etc.).
    • Responsible for all non-change and maintenance content authoring for the US and Canadian passenger car sites.
    • Responsible for special releases (e.g., special offers, etc.).
    • Provide support during releases to fix any issues found by QA in real-time.
  • Provide support for vans: content tickets, data and configuration changes and releases


Skills
  • Work experience with AEM authoring experience (Ideally 2+ years).
  • Experience working with Jenkins.
  • Knowledge about publishing AEM pages
  • Good problem solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and command of English, to quickly communicate and resolve issues in a team that is working at a fast pace.
