Senior Technical Business Analyst (Contract)

Project Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with 5–10 years of relevant experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and gap analyses.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements and resolve conflicts.
• Support Agile planning, backlog prioritization, and feature development.
• Assist with test case preparation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide implementation support and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including complex data models.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software development processes.
• Experience in requirement elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, business process improvement experience, and airline domain knowledge are advantageous.
