Technology Project Manager

Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and drive projects from planning through implementation. This role will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology-related projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners
• Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Support infrastructure, communications, and workplace technology initiatives
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and project reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT or technology project management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing vendors, consultants, and multiple project streams
• Understanding of technology infrastructure and business systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Exposure to networking, communications, workplace technology, or automation initiatives
• Relevant project management or technical certifications
