Location: Miami, FL 33126 / Hybrid

Job Description

Talent Groups is seeking a Workday Architect to lead Workday architecture, integration strategy, technical governance, and platform optimization for a large enterprise environment.

This hands-on leadership role combines enterprise architecture, Workday integration expertise, and team leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable HR technology solutions. The position partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders to align technology strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·         Define and maintain the Workday and HR technology architecture roadmap, standards, and governance frameworks.

·         Lead the design, development, deployment, monitoring, and support of Workday integrations.

·         Provide technical expertise across Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and SFTP.

·         Oversee integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.

·         Drive integration modernization using middleware and platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, and Azure Integration Services.

·         Establish security, data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.

·         Lead technical delivery, release management, automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

·         Mentor technical teams, manage vendors, and partner with senior business and technology leaders.

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

·         10+ years of enterprise HR technology experience.

·         7+ years of hands on Workday experience.

·         5+ years of Workday architecture and integration leadership.

·         5+ years of people leadership, vendor management, or consulting leadership.

·         Experience leading complex Workday implementations, integrations, upgrades, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

·         Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration frameworks, security, and data governance.

Technical Skills

·         Workday: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Time Tracking, Absence, Security, Reporting, and Analytics.

·         Integrations: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and SFTP.

·         Middleware: MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, and Azure API Management.

·         Additional Skills: SQL, Git, CI/CD, cloud technologies, Agile, IT service management, vendor governance, and enterprise architecture.

Preferred Certifications

Workday Integration, Studio, or HCM; TOGAF; Azure Solutions Architect; MuleSoft; Boomi; PMP; or Agile certifications.
