Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead development efforts within a large financial services enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands on development experience, a track record of leading development teams on complex, enterprise scale projects, and the ability to translate business needs into efficient, scalable technical solutions across cloud based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts within a large financial services enterprise as a Senior Salesforce Developer.
• Assess current and target state business processes, partner with stakeholders and enterprise developers to shape technical solutions.
• Translate business needs into efficient, scalable technical solutions across cloud-based platforms.
• Manage and guide development teams on complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Work across languages and frameworks such as Java, J2EE, EJB, C/C++, SQL, Visual Basic, and similar technologies.
• Develop and support relational databases like Oracle, Sybase, or similar, and messaging platforms such as MQ Series.
• Integrate cloud services into enterprise solutions, particularly within AWS environments.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment.
• Deep knowledge of at least one major programming language/platform stack, plus application and database layers.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or Sybase, and messaging platforms like MQ Series.
• Proven leadership experience managing development teams through complex projects.
• Ability to work comfortably in AWS-based environments and integrate cloud services.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
