You will craft robust defense strategies, navigate intricate corporate inquiries, and advise highโprofile clients on compliance matters while ensuring adherence to Criminal Law and Criminal Justice principles. Your role will involve deep analytical work, courtroom advocacy, and crossโfunctional collaboration in a fastโpaced, resultsโoriented environment in Bangalore.

โข Lead white collar crime investigations, gathering evidence and developing legal strategies

โข Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation
โข Represent clients in preโtrial, trial, and appellate proceedings
โข Negotiate plea bargains and settlement agreements with law enforcement agencies
โข Manage and mentor junior attorneys and paralegal staff
โข Coordinate with internal stakeholders for strategic legal planning
โข Stay current on changes in regulations, statutes, and case law
โข Develop clientโcentered communication plans and presentations

โข Excellent oral and written communication abilities, including courtroom advocacy
โข Demonstrated ability to manage multiple highโstakes cases simultaneously
โข Experience in mentoring and leading junior legal staff
โข Familiarity with Indian legal system and pertinent statutory regulations
โข Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
โข Ability to thrive in a collaborative, highโgrowth environment in Bangalore
