Job Description

Our client is seeking a Software Application Specialist to provide clinical and technical expertise for its nuclear medicine software solutions. This position will support customers and sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle, including demonstrations, evaluations, training, implementation, and issue resolution.

Software will be the primary focus, with occasional backup support for related nuclear medicine hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for nuclear medicine software, workflows, and clinical applications.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, technical presentations, and customer training.
  • Translate clinical and workflow requirements into practical application guidance.
  • Support sales teams, strategic accounts, partners, and product integrations.
  • Troubleshoot application-related issues in collaboration with Service, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate product needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Develop training materials and represent the company at conferences, workshops, and user meetings.
  • Provide occasional backup support for nuclear medicine hardware applications.
  • Nuclear medicine experience and clinical workflow knowledge required.
  • Experience supporting clinical or healthcare software applications required.
  • Strong presentation, training, and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Experience with software demonstrations, implementations, or pre-sales support preferred.
  • Familiarity with nuclear medicine instrumentation is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings, training, and industry events.
