RF/Anaglogue Design Engineer

Project - Multiple projects in High Power area.

Location - Great Baddow Clearance - SC cleared to start Contract Length - 12 months Onsite requirement - 3 dpw on site in Chelmsford The Opportunity We are looking for RF / Analogue Design Engineers to support the development of advanced high-power and high-energy subsystems, including within innovative directed energy programmes.

You will work at the forefront of technology, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, customers, and partners to deliver pioneering solutions in a highly specialised environment. Location: Great Baddow (on site at least 3 days per week) Clearance:

SC Key Responsibilities Design, develop and validate RF and analogue circuitry for high-power / high-voltage applications<br />Contribute to the development of advanced subsystems within directed energy and energy-intensive platforms<br />Apply knowledge of energy storage technologies to system-level design and integration<br />Support bid activities, technical proposals, and programme delivery<br />Work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and partners to deliver innovative solutionsSkills &amp; Experience Required RF Engineers with strong practical and theoretical knowledge<br />Background in analogue circuit design<br />Proven experience in design engineering within complex systems<br />Ideally you will have experience working with high power and/or high voltage systems, alternatively be very willing to learn<br />Understanding of energy storage technologies (e.g., capacitive systems, pulsed power, batteries)<br />Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to technically challenging programmesAdditional Attributes Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills<br />Ability to support early-career engineers<br />Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced R&amp;D environment<br />Proactive approach to problem solving and innovationPersonal Attributes Curious, motivated, and driven to solve challenging problems<br />Good communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders<br />Proactive and innovative in your approach<br />Comfortable in a fast-paced R&amp;D environment
