The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical matters, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Provide customer service from order placement to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and processing of incoming orders. • Execute quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards. What You'll Need • Completed trade apprenticeship with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician. • Willingness to undergo the required qualification exam or already possess "Operations Manager (HWK)" certification. • Valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, within a team, and foster trusting collaboration. • Commitment to embracing diversity and inclusion.
