Deskside Support Technician - USA and Canada locations

Introduction:

The Deskside Support Technician will be responsible for providing L2 Deskside support, Warehouse Support, printer installation and configuration, handheld/mobile device support, and deployment assistance. This role will require a high level of travel flexibility and the ability to work both onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2-level technical support for desktops and laptops
• Install, configure, and test printers
• Support handheld and mobile devices
• Handle IT assets in warehouse environments
• Document and organize support activities
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Independently troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations
• Travel extensively across the US and Canada

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• L2-level technical support experience
• Experience with desktop/laptop deployment and troubleshooting
• Experience with printer installation, configuration, and testing
• Experience supporting handheld/mobile devices
• Strong understanding of basic networking and device connectivity
• Warehouse/IT asset handling experience
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently at customer locations
• Willingness to travel extensively across the US and Canada
