This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the establishment and development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry department at an expanding site.

The Role

• Play an active role in the structural and content development of a new child and adolescent psychiatry unit.
• Contribute expertise to the development of processes, workflows, and quality standards.
• Conduct diagnostics and therapy for children and adolescents, creating individualized treatment plans.
• Provide professional supervision to resident physicians and develop your own supervisory skills.
• Participate in the development of systematic procedures for measuring and evaluating treatment outcomes.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and benefit from knowledge exchange.

• Completed specialist training in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy.
