Salesforce Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to optimize Salesforce functionality, improve user adoption, and ensure data integrity while delivering scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform
• Configure and maintain users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Create and modify custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and automation
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Support system enhancements, testing, UAT, and production deployments
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide Tier 1/Tier 2 Salesforce support
• Monitor data quality and maintain data governance standards
• Manage integrations with third-party applications and connected systems
• Document processes, configurations, and system changes
• Train end users and promote Salesforce best practices and adoption
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and platform enhancements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Hands-on experience with:

• User Management
• Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
• Flows and Process Automation
• Reports and Dashboards
• Data Management and Data Loader
• Change Sets and Sandbox Management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
