Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to drive cybersecurity strategy, cloud and enterprise security, product security, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across security architecture, Zero Trust, SSDLC, incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cloud, enterprise, application, and product security initiatives.
• Establish SSDLC, DevSecOps, Zero Trust, and secure architecture practices.
• Manage vulnerability, penetration testing, SIEM, EDR, and security monitoring.
• Support audits, customer security assessments, questionnaires, and RFPs.
• Establish security KPIs, risk metrics, and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.
• Lead incident response and collaborate with engineering, IT, product, and operations.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with technical/leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform security.
• Knowledge of network/application security, IAM, PKI, TLS, encryption, and authentication.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code security.
• Excellent communication and executive-level risk reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC, Security+, or cloud security certification preferred
