The Role

• Assist physicians in consultations, outpatient surgeries, and injection treatments, including X-ray guidance.
• Perform wound care, cast applications, and X-ray imaging, supporting patient positioning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, relatives, referring physicians, and colleagues.
• Manage patient registration using ORBIS and Doctolib, and handle administrative tasks for follow-up appointments.
• Coordinate team workflows and participate in on-call services, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant or in Nursing.
• Experience in emergency care and X-ray diagnostics, with proven experience assisting in orthopedic surgeries.
• Proficiency in scheduling consultations and strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), with ORBIS experience a plus.
• Excellent service orientation, communication skills, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently and confidently under pressure, demonstrating initiative and organizational talent.
