Warehouse Associate

Dolphin Debit, a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, helps banks and credit unions manage their ATM and interactive teller machine (ITM) networks. Its ATM and ITM services cover equipment, transaction processing, cash management, monitoring, maintenance and support, helping financial institutions provide reliable self-service banking while reducing the work of managing these networks internally.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming equipment and materials.
• Prepare ATM equipment and related components for shipment and deployment.
• Pick, pack, label, and ship equipment according to project requirements.
• Load and unload shipments safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
• Stage equipment for upcoming installations and projects.
• Assist with ATM configuration, labeling, and deployment preparation as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with receiving returned equipment and preparing it for storage, repair, or redeployment.
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect equipment and report issues promptly.
• Work closely with Project Management, Logistics, and Field Operations to meet project deadlines.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or fulfillment role preferred.

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare ATM parts and supplies for shipment.

• Strong attention to detail when checking part numbers, quantities, and shipping information.

• Ability to maintain organized inventory records and use a computer or handheld scanner.
• Ability to lift 50 lb or lower and move equipment and materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
• Ability to safely handle ATM equipment and warehouse materials.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to meet shipping deadlines.

• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.

• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, if applicable to the location.
