The Role

• Manage complex recruitment assignments for critical corporate positions.
• Guide and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on talent needs and create recruitment plans.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Proven ability to handle challenges with a positive and driven approach.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience navigating full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles.
