Job Description

Hire Resolve is assisting mining and processing organizations in hiring experienced critical minerals professionals across the United States. This multi-role opportunity covers operations, processing, projects, reliability/maintenance, and HSE leadership supporting battery materials and strategic minerals value chains. These roles are ideal for mid- to senior-level professionals with progression opportunities into Project Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, and Regional Leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead safe, compliant operations and project delivery in mining-to-processing environments
  • Strengthen OSHA/MSHA compliance programs and risk controls aligned to site activities
  • Support commissioning, ramp-up, process stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Optimize processing performance (throughput, yield, impurity control, product quality)
  • Build maintenance and reliability programs for new or evolving asset bases
  • Drive contractor management, scope control, schedule adherence, and cost discipline
  • Implement governance, reporting, and performance dashboards for leadership stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional collaboration (engineering, supply chain, ESG, and external partners)
  • Coach teams and build operational discipline through standard work and training
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience for certain leadership roles)
  • Typically 5–12+ years in mining, processing, energy/chemicals, or heavy industrial operations—project/ramp-up experience strongly preferred
  • Strong safety leadership with practical knowledge of OSHA/MSHA-aligned site requirements
  • Familiarity with commissioning/ramp-up, process control concepts, reliability programs, and CMMS tools
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced growth environments; on-site readiness and travel flexibility
