POWERGROUP Resources on behalf of our client Cornell Feenstra Electric Ltd. is seeking a Electrical Estimator who is passionate about the electrical industry and eager to contribute to high-quality residential and commercial projects across Ontario. What you will do

• Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scopes to determine labor, material, and time requirements.
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and tracking project costs.
• Source and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers, senior estimators, and clients to refine estimates and ensure project efficiency.
• Stay up to date on Ontario Electrical Safety Code and industry best practices.

• 1-3 years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably in residential and commercial projects.

• Experience with takeoffs and bid preparation for residential and commercial electrical jobs.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Accubid, Trimble, or similar.
• Experience in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
• Experience sourcing and evaluating pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ontario 309A Electrical License (or working towards it) is an asset.

• Salary - $ 55,000 - $ 75,000 per year - commensurate with experience and qualifications
