Services Sales Representative - Public Sector

Customer Service and Sales Representative $45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
A successful agency is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, solving problems, and wants to build a career in insurance. You will receive training and support while learning the insurance business.

Build relationships with new and existing customers
Provide friendly, responsive customer service by phone and in person
Help customers with policy questions, billing, coverage changes, and other service needs
Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance options
Follow up with customers and prospects
Develop new business through referrals, networking, and customer relationships
Identify opportunities to help existing customers with additional insurance needs
No prior insurance experience required
Customer service, sales, retail, banking, hospitality, or related experience is a plus
Comfortable talking with customers by phone
Comfortable learning computer systems
