Summary: • Maintain and manage UNIX and Windows IT infrastructure across enterprise environments. • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 incident diagnosis, troubleshooting, and operations support. • Implement DevOps practices utilizing Ansible and provision AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 10+ years • Total Compensation: $222k+ yearly Job Description: • Configure, maintain, and administer UNIX and Windows operating systems, servers, storage, and network components. • Develop and maintain automation playbooks using Ansible for system configuration and management. • Manage and configure AWS cloud resources leveraging Terraform infrastructure-as-code. • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical problem identification, troubleshooting, and timely incident resolution. • Execute operating system updates, security patches, and system enhancements to improve reliability and performance. • Collaborate with internal teams to manage escalations, hardware dispatches, and infrastructure monitoring.
