Job Description
What You’ll Do
Channel Marketing Support:
Assist with the execution of global channel marketing programs, working closely with sales teams, dealers, and distributors to implement strategies that drive sales pipeline across all regions.

Lead Generation

Execute offer-based campaigns to deliver warm leads to our Industrial and OEM sales teams. Measure, optimize, and report performance weekly.

Social Media Content Creation

Create social media content for Industrial and OEM product lines, with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube, for publishing by the social media team.

Marketing Project Assistance

Support the management of marketing projects, including the rollout of new products, orchestrating product launches, and setting up campaigns, while ensuring smooth dealer integration and onboarding processes.

Email Marketing Content

Write email content and copy for Industrial and OEM campaigns, in alignment with Industrial, OEM, and Sales team objectives.

Event Coordination Support

Help in the planning and organization of tradeshow events, ensuring logistical details are managed efficiently to facilitate successful global presentations and exhibitions. Qualifications
Must-Haves
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.

In unique cases, extensive work experience can substitute for degree requirements
2+ years of experience creating B2B marketing content, preferably for industrial or technical products
Ability to manage several projects in parallel and work with cross-functional teams
An ownership mentality to take a project, lead it and drive it to completion
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (NetSuite preferred)
Skilled in copywriting and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and a knack for campaign data analysis

Our Story
The company was founded in 2012 by two industry pioneering scientists, Bill Parrish, PhD and Tim Fitzgibbons PhD, who spent 40 years advancing the state of military and professional-grade thermal imaging technology. Following their previous two companies, Amber Engineering and Indigo Systems, each with successful acquisitions, Seek Thermal is their third venture with the mission to make thermal imaging a part of everyday life. An unseen world of energy surrounds us. We only see some of it with our eyes, light from a source of energy reflected on objects around us.

But even though we can’t see it, all objects produce or retain heat. When viewed through a Seek Thermal camera, this world of heat can be converted to images, providing important information useful in solving everyday problems that are otherwise invisible to the naked eye. Seek thermal imaging lets you see the world of heat instead of the world of light. Seek Thermal is partnered with Raytheon and NXP to design and deliver high-quality, affordable thermal imaging sensors and products across the globe at scale.
