The Role • Set up, adjust, and equip injection molding machines and peripheral equipment. • Troubleshoot and resolve machine and system malfunctions during the production process. • Ensure production quality and quantities meet specified standards. • Conduct and document quality checks. • Manage the production workflow according to the shift plan. • Allocate production staff to workstations. • Ensure compliance with all legal and operational safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a Plastics and Rubber Technician, specializing in Injection Molding. • Ideally, at least one year of experience as a setter in an injection molding facility. • Basic knowledge of Sepro industrial robots and linear handling systems is a plus. • High level of quality awareness and technical understanding. • Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team. • Assertiveness and organizational skills.
