Technical Product Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery in partnership with engineering and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities. Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver product capabilities. Gather and translate business and technical requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Own and prioritize the product backlog. Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers and drive them to resolution. Use customer feedback, data, and product metrics to guide decisions and improvements. Communicate product priorities, status, and trade-offs to stakeholders. Support product releases and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Ownership. Experience working with software engineering or technology teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, and backlog management. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
