Job Summary

Seeking a senior Product Manager to lead enterprise Amazon Connect/Contact Center products, including strategy, roadmap, migration, adoption, and optimization.

Key Skills

  • 12+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership
  • Amazon Connect / Contact Center / CCaaS
  • AWS/Cloud, IVR, Telephony, Omnichannel, WebRTC
  • Product strategy, roadmap, discovery, backlog & release management
  • Agile/Scrum, SDLC, APIs & system integrations
  • Customer experience and stakeholder management
  • KPI/Analytics and data-driven product decisions
  • AI/GenAI experience preferred
  • CSPO/Pragmatic certification is a plus

Must be local and available for 5 days onsite in Plano, TX.
