Job Description

Qualifications

· 2–6 years of litigation experience

· Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines

· Admission to the New Jersey Bar, or eligibility for admission by motion

· New York admission is a plus

· Insurance coverage, complex commercial litigation, and/or professional liability experience is valued but not required

· Judicial clerkship experience is a plus

The Firm places a significant emphasis on attorney development. Associates work closely with experienced partners, receive substantive feedback and mentorship, and have opportunities for direct client contact and hands-on litigation experience. The position is primarily based in our Morristown office and offers a hybrid work arrangement, generally including two remote days per week.
