We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Roadside Technician to join a leading motoring organisation with a legacy of over 125 years of service. This role is crucial in keeping drivers moving across the UK by providing expert breakdown support and repairs, ensuring members receive prompt and reliable assistance when they need it most.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns.
• Start and finish your day from home, managing demand-led shifts.
• Tackle a variety of complex faults, from flat batteries to intricate engine issues, with provided tools and technology.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the organisation, combining technical expertise with outstanding member service.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
